Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use HazardousMaterialsEndorsement.com, including people with disabilities. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've done

Checked the site with an accessibility scanner and fixed what it found

Made button and text colors easier to see

Added text descriptions to images, so screen readers can read them aloud

Organized page headings so the pages are easier to move through

Known problems

Latest check: October 26, 2026

We tested 10 pages with axe-core 4.10, a free accessibility checker from Deque Systems. It checks pages against WCAG 2.1, Level AA.

What we found:

8 pages had no problems.

Home page: the video player's label is set up in a way some screen readers may not read correctly.

Product page: the photo gallery has a button with another clickable item inside it. This can be confusing for keyboard users.

We fixed one more product page problem by removing the share buttons.

Why these are still there: both problems are in code that Wix builds and controls. We can't change that code ourselves. We'll check again when Wix updates it.

Not checked: the online course pages need a login, so the checker couldn't scan them.

Some parts of the site run on Wix apps, like the store, blog, online course and member pages. We can't change every color, label or layout in those parts.

Automatic checkers can't catch every problem. If something is hard to use, please tell us (see below).
