This policy explains what information HazardousMaterialsEndorsement.com ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have.
1. Information you give us
When you sign up or contact us, we collect:
• Your name, email address and password
• How you heard about us and why you are taking the course
• Your course progress, quiz and exam results
• If you pay for official submission: what the FMCSA Training Provider Registry requires (such as your name, date of birth, driver's license number and state). Payments are processed by Wix Payments; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us by chat, phone, text or email
2. Information collected automaticallyWhen you use our site, we use these tools:
• Google Analytics — counts visits and shows which pages people use.
• Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors click and scroll so we can fix confusing pages. Typing in form fields is masked.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures our Facebook ads and may be used to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
By using our site, you agree to these tools. If you don't want them, you can block cookies in your browser or use an ad blocker.
Some tools are needed for the site to work: Wix (site hosting, log-in, checkout and security) and GoAffPro (tracks referral links so we can pay drivers who refer other drivers).
3. Chat
Messages sent through the "Chat with us" box are stored by Wix so we can reply. They may be recorded and reviewed.
4. How we use your information
• To run the course and keep track of your progress
• To submit your completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry when you ask and pay for it
• To answer your questions
• To improve the website and our ads
• To meet legal requirements
5. Who we share it with
• FMCSA Training Provider Registry — only if you request official submission
• Service providers that run our site and tools: Wix, Google, Microsoft, Meta and GoAffPro
• Authorities when the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information for money. Using the Meta Pixel for ads may count as "sharing" under California law; to stop it, block cookies in your browser or use an ad blocker.
6. Browser privacy signals
Our site does not automatically respond to browser signals such as "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control.
7. Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to:
• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Delete it
• Correct it
• Stop sharing it for ads
We will not treat you differently for asking. Note: if you request official FMCSA submission, we must keep the records the law requires us to keep.

8. How long we keep it
We keep your account and course records while your account is active and as long as federal training-provider rules require. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's settings (usually 13 months or less).
9. Children
This course is for adult commercial drivers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no website is 100% secure.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
